Mr. Naughten asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 192 of 20 June 2006, when she intends to publish her Department’s 2006 business plan; if she will include plans for a vaccine damage compensation scheme; the reason for the delay in establishing such a scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter.   Ms Harney: The Business Plan for 2006 is available on the Department’s website. The business plan for Public Health Division includes the examination of the feasibility of a vaccine damage compensation scheme. Consideration of the issue is at an advanced stage.
