Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he will reconsider his decision not to provide North and South Tipperary County Councils with additional funds to recruit additional staff to enable them to meet the increasing demands placed on them by the rising number of planning applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
