  Mary Coughlan: At Dingle District Court on 22 April 2005, Marglann an Daingean Teoranta, Dingle Mart, pleaded guilty to five charges for providing false information to the national cattle movement database and was fined €1,250 on each charge. At a subsequent appeal to Tralee Circuit Court against severity of sentence, the Department on counsel’s advice, decided not to contest the appeal.
