Mr. Curran asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when it is expected that a decision will be made regarding an application for naturalisation made by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 22. [3189/06] Mr. McDowell Mr. McDowell Mr. McDowell: An application for a certificate of naturalisation from the person referred to by the Deputy was received in the citizenship section of my Department on 18 November 2004. Applications for naturalisation are taking approximately 24 months to process. It is likely, therefore, that a decision will be made in the case towards the end of this year.
