Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the number of persons to date in 2005 on a county basis who have applied for the rural social scheme; the numbers who were accepted and refused; the costs of this scheme to date in 2005; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
