Mr. Lowry asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the crisis in speech therapy and psychological services in the mid-western region; her proposals to improve the speech therapy and psychological services in the mid-western region; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
