  309. Mr. Healy asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding decentralisation of part of his Department to Tipperary town; if he has received the contract for the purchase of a site for this purpose; if so, when he received same; if he has signed the contract; and if not, when he proposes to do so.   Mr. Parlon:As part of the Government decentralisation programme it is planned to decentralise 186 staff in the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform to Tipperary town. The Commissioners of Public Works have informed me that terms have been agreed on a suitable site. The contract for sale was received in July 2005 and is currently being processed by the Chief State Solicitor. The commissioners hope to be in a position to sign the contract in the near future.
