Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 469 of 4 May 2005, the progress in obtaining a site; if she will meet a deputation representing the school; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21898/05] Ms Hanafin Ms Hanafin Ms Hanafin:My Department has accepted in principle a site for the school in question which was offered under the terms of the property aspect of the indemnity agreement between the State and 18 religious congregations dated 5 June 2002. To clarify the value of the site the Department referred the matter to an independent expert in accordance with the terms of section 9 of the agreement. The Society of Chartered Surveyors has appointed an independent expert who is in the process of assessing the value of the site.
