  205. Mr. P. Breen asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children, further to Parliamentary Question No. 280 of 12 April 2005, when a person (details supplied) in County Clare will be facilitated with a bed in the National Rehabilitation Hospital, Dún Laoghaire; and if she will make a statement on the matter.   Mr. T. O’Malley:The Deputy’s question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the parliamentary affairs division of the HSE to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.

  206. Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if she will provide a long-term stay bed in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if a decision in the case will be expedited. [19262/05]
