Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, on the closure of Carlow sugar factory, a report from a German consultancy firm was commented on or used at her meeting with the company (details supplied); if the report will be placed in the Oireachtas Library; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Mary Coughlan:I understand that Greencore employed a consultancy firm. I have not seen the report of the firm nor was it discussed in my meetings with the company. Any inquiries about the report would be a matter for the company itself.
