  Ms Harney: This project is at design stage and is expected to be completed in the coming months. Progressing the project beyond design stage is a matter to be addressed in the context of the Health Service Executive’s national service plan, which will indicate its proposed capital plan for the year. I expect this plan to be presented to me soon.
