Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 230 of 6 October 2004 and 513 of 19 October 2004, the position in regard to an appeal from persons (details supplied); if, in view of the circumstances of this case, these persons will be facilitated on the bus; if this decision will be made as a matter of urgency; and if she will make a statement on the matter.   Ms Hanafin: The school transport appeals board considered an appeal in this case and the board is satisfied that the terms of the school transport scheme had been fairly applied.
