Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the terms of reference of the recently established expert advisory group on bullying and the resulting stress in the workplace; when it is expected that the group will report; and if he will make a statement on the matter.   Mr. Killeen: The terms of reference of the expert advisory group on bullying and the resulting stress in the workplace is to advise and report on: the effectiveness of measures relating to the prevention of workplace bullying; the identification of improvements in procedures; and how to address the contribution made by bullying to the incidence of workplace stress and its impact on health. I expect that the group will report within about three months of its first meeting which was held on 16 September.
