  Mr. Roche: The west Roscommon regional water supply scheme, including north Roscommon, Castlerea and Ballinlough, is included in my Department’s water services investment programme 2004-06 to advance through planning. I understand that [1187] Roscommon County Council is preparing a brief for the appointment of consultants to produce a preliminary report for the scheme. The submission of this brief to my Department is awaited.
