389. Mr. S. Ryan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if she will report on the situation at a centre (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [23581/04]

Mr. T. O’Malley: The provision of health related services is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, a copy of the Deputy’s question has been referred to the regional chief executive, Eastern Regional Health Authority, with a request that he examine the case and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
