Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department has sold a property in County Mayo (details supplied); if so, the sum of money it was sold for; if it was sold by public auction; if it has not been sold, when the OPW intends to sell it and the manner in which.   Mr. McDowell: I understand that the premises in question have not been used for court sittings for some time. As the premises are not owned by my Department or the Office of Public Works, their disposal is not a matter for my Department.
