416. Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 will receive orthodontic treatment. [17677/04]

Mr. Martin: Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in Dublin 5 rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
