166. Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24 is not covered by the dental section of the health board for the condition of hypoplastic; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13120/04]

Mr. Martin: Responsibility for the provision of dental treatment to eligible persons in Dublin 24 rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to her directly.
