Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the number and nature of the reports, consultancies or other advisory or public relations commissions awarded by his Department in the past five years to those other than established civil servants; the total cost involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.   Mr. D. Ahern: It has not been possible, in the time available, to identify and assemble all the relevant material over the past five years, as required by the Deputy. I have asked my Department to compile the information and I will issue a comprehensive reply directly to the Deputy as early as possible.
