117. Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Defence his proposals in relation to a property owned by his Department (details supplied); if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this a valuable property; and his plans to sell the property. [27009/03]

Minister for Defence (Mr. M. Smith): The premises the subject of this question, the FCA Hall on a plot of c. 70 feet by 100 feet, form part of a larger property which is owned by the Office of Public Works. The premises itself is being used by the FCA and there are no plans for its disposal.
