  349. Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when maps will be supplied to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo for their land, as requested three months ago. [24112/03]

  Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application pending on the first folio referred to by the Deputy at present and that that a copy filed map application, with respect to said folio was lodged on 10 April 2002. Application No. P2002SM073542B refers. I am further informed that this application was completed on 17 April 2002. If the Deputy can provide the date of lodgement of a further application on the first folio referred to and a Land Registry reference number, I will make further inquiries on his behalf.

  In relation to the second folio referred to by the Deputy, I am also informed that an application for a copy folio and a special features copy filed map was lodged on 30 July 2003 and was completed on 20 October 2003. Application No. C2003SM004044W refers.
