  Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these are two applications for Transfer of Part which were lodged on 23 January 2003 and 18 August 2003, respectively. Dealing Nos. D2003SM000669B and D2003SM006839G refer.

  I am further informed that queries issued in respect of D2003SM000669B on 17 September 2003 and that the applications cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved.
