980. Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the financial assistance which will be given to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if it is the policy of health boards to fully fund such needs. [20853/03]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): The issue referred to by the Deputy is a matter for the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to look into this matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
