  111. Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will receive a pension from his Department in view of the fact that they have received no award since retiring on 30 April 2003. [17273/03]

  Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): Responsibility for calculation of occupational pension benefits under the local government superannuation scheme rests in this case with the [212]Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
