Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his plans for the improvement of Bond Bridge, Maynooth, County Kildare; the proposed use of the development levies imposed in respect of realignment and improvement of the road and bridge thereat; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1301] Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Cullen): My Department has not received any proposals from Kildare County Council in relation to improvements to Bond Bridge. My Department understands, however, that this project will be funded from Kildare County Council's own resources. Details of the financial provisions for the project, including the use of development levies, may appropriately be sought from Kildare County Council.
