An Ceann Comhairle An Ceann Comhairle 812 [812] An Ceann Comhairle: Before coming to notices under Standing Order 31, I propose to deal with an item of private business, No. 1, the report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders in regard to the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland Charter (Amendment) Bill 2002. I understand that the Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, Deputy Hanafin, wishes to propose arrangements for dealing with the motion.
