136. Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a new identity card will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [19605/02]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell): I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 1364 of 9 October 2002.

I am further informed that the person concerned registered again at Kilkenny Garda station on 25 July 2002 and that an identity card has been issued to him by the Garda National Immigration Bureau.
