1391. Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary will be registered as the owner of lands transferred to them by their father and grandparents respectively. [16573/02]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the first application is an application for a voluntary transfer which was lodged on 18 November 1999. Dealing Number D1999TS010199W refers. I am further informed that the second application is an application for a Transfer of Part which was lodged on 28 October 1999. Dealing Number D1999TS009814N refers. I am also informed that the first application was completed on the 1 October 2002 and the second application was completed on 2 October 2002.
