McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 where attempts on his life were connected with the incident at Mount Gabriel radar dunes in west Cork on Monday 20 September 1982. Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. McDowell): I am informed by the Garda authorities that the person referred to by the Deputy has been interviewed by Garda on a number of occasions regarding accusations which he has made from time to time. To date, the Garda has been unable to substantiate any of the allegations.
