[708] 166. Mr. Hogan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she has received correspondence from the Tara Disabled Mine Workers Association; if so, the result of their inquiries in respect of pension funds; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15564/02]

Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Mr. M. Ahern): The concerns of the Tara Disabled Mine Workers Association in relation to their pension fund fall for consideration within the review on income continuance plans which the Minister for Social and Family Affairs has asked the Pensions Board to undertake. The Pensions Board are to produce a report for her. The board has recently engaged consultants to advance the review.
