The Taoiseach: Since January 2001, I have met with the First Minister of Northern Ireland on four occasions and the First Ministers of Scotland and Wales twice. Although not formally, I also met with the First Minister for Northern Ireland in the course of my visit to the United States on 11 March.
I met with the First Minister of Scotland in June of last year when I visited Edinburgh and Glasgow and, in February of this year, I met the First Minister of Wales when he led a trade, investment and tourism mission to Ireland.
