  63. Mr. Stanton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the funding made available to the various county and city enterprise boards each year for the past three years; the amount made available in 2002; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7069/02]

  Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Ms Harney): The following amounts were made available to the county and city enterprise boards for the period from 1999 to 2001: in 1999, €28.138 million or £22.161 million; in 2000, €30.535 million or £24.049 million; and in 2001, €34.564 million or £27.222 million. A total of €35.805 million or £28.198 million is being made available to the boards for 2002.
