Mr. Healy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when approval will be given for the appointment of community gardaí on the beat in Clonmel, Carrick-on-Suir and Tipperary town in view of difficulties with anti-social behaviour and the fact that these towns have been included in the RAPID programme.
