139. Mr. Andrews asked the Minister for Education and Science the action he intends taking in relation to a school (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32013/01]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods): Stage 6, tender action and report, has been examined by my Department's staff and a letter has issued to the school authorities seeking clarification on a number of issues.

On receipt of the requested information this project will receive further attention.
