Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): The enforcement of the provisions of the intoxicating liqour Acts and other legislation which is relevant in the case of underage drinking is an operational matter for the Garda Síochána. I have full confidence in the determination of the Garda Commissioner to carry out such enforcement effectively.
