Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Health and Children when the report on the management of University College Hospital, Galway was first sought; when a company (details supplied) was appointed to conduct this investigation; if the terms of reference of this report have been completed; when this report will be in the public domain; and the cost of this report. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): The report to which the Deputy refers was commissioned by the Western Health Board from the company named by the Deputy. Accordingly, I have asked the board to provide the Deputy with the information requested directly.
