130. Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in County Monaghan will be called at the earliest possible date for an appointment. [24418/01]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): The provision of medical treatment to eligible persons in County Monaghan is, in this instance, the statutory responsibility of the North Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this case and reply to the Deputy directly.
