96. Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when reactor grant payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22636/01]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): Payment in respect of reactor animals valued under the on-farm market valuation scheme issued to the person concerned on 3 October 2001. The appropriate depopulation grant is being processed for payment following the receipt earlier this week of necessary documentation from the herdowner.
