Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Finance if the Commissioners of Public Works will proceed with a compulsory purchase order in relation to lands owned by Scoil Chearbhaill Uí Dhalaigh, Leixlip, County Kildare, to provide access to the new Garda station site at Leixlip; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
