96. Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the specialities and the hospital which are refusing to accept requests for out-patient appointments. [16377/01]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): I am not aware of any hospital that has closed its out-patient waiting list but if the Deputy has information in this regard he can pass it on to my Department and I will have the matter investigated.
