161. Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Finance when a refund payment of tax will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [12766/01]

Minister for Finance (Mr. McCreevy): I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer is due a refund of £1,285. A refund cheque for that amount, plus appropriate interest, will issue to the taxpayer as soon as possible.
