255. Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science the current position with regard to the provision of extra facilities at Scoil Dara, Kilcock, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12564/01]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods): The stage four to five – detail design and bill of quantities – submission is currently being examined within the building unit of my Department.

On completion of this examination and providing that the documentation is satisfactory, the next stage of architectural planning, the invitation of tenders will be considered.
