Ms McManus asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a decision on lifting the deportation order on a person (details supplied) has not been urgently dealt with in view of the fact that his wife is expecting his baby, whose birth is imminent; he has applied for a visa to return here; both persons constitutional rights have been abused; if he will lift the order immediately on humanitarian grounds alone; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
