281. Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the future plans he has regarding the disposal of a piece of land (details supplied) in Dublin 8. [8948/01]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): My Department is conducting a review of certain property holdings in the city with a view to meeting its obligations and those of its subsidiary agencies. The property referred to by the Deputy is one of these properties. The review is ongoing and I am not in a position to elaborate further on future plans for this particular site at this stage.
