Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason [1233] he has not cleared the new scheme of letting priorities submitted by Fingal County Council in 2000; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the delay in his approval has meant the housing allocation list has not been drawn up since October 2000. [7677/01]

Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Molloy): My approval of the Fingal County Council revised scheme of letting priorities was conveyed to the council on 5 March 2001.
