80. Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children when a speech and language therapy service will be provided for persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6328/01]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): The provision of health related services, including speech and language therapy for people with physical and sensory disabilities, is a matter for the relevant health board. The Deputy's question was referred to the chief executive officer of the South Eastern Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy, urgently.
