Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Ms Harney): My Department does not have responsibility for providing funding [704] for capital projects in the South Kerry constituency or indeed in any other constituency. Deputy Moynihan-Cronin may wish to address her question to the boards of the various development agencies who report to my Department and who have responsibility for allocating funding for expenditure on capital projects throughout the country.
