Mr. Moloney Mr. Moloney
218. Mr. Moloney asked the Minister for Health and Children the total funding allocated each year from 1995 to 2001 by his Department for counties Laois and Offaly; and the major developments that began or major service improvements funded as a result of an increase in funding in each of these years. Mr. Martin Mr. Martin
Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): The Department of Health and Children approves annual budgets for the Midland Health Board as a whole. It is a matter for the board to allocate its funding between different programmes of treatment and care in the counties covered by it. I suggest therefore that the Deputy contact the chief executive officer of the board for the information requested.
