Higgins asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a person (details supplied) has not been found a place in either a training unit, or an attention deficit disorder therapeutic unit, or sent home on temporary release under supervision in view of the experiences he has suffered while in prison; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28232/00] Mr. O'Donoghue Mr. O'Donoghue Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): I wish to inform the Deputy that I recently approved a transfer to the training unit for this prisoner which took place on 22 November 2000. Full and careful consideration has been given to a request for temporary release.
