Mr. O'Donoghue Mr. O'Donoghue
Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): I wish to inform the Deputy that I recently approved a transfer to the training unit for this prisoner which took place on 22 November 2000. Full and careful consideration has been given to a request for temporary release. This request was refused following consultation with the prison authorities, the psychiatric and psychological services.
