Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Mr. Treacy): I propose to take Questions Nos. 124 and 153 together.

We received the final report of the special working group on personal injury compensation and have studied same.

A draft memorandum for Government has been circulated to relevant Departments and agencies and their observations have been received and are being examined.

I hope to bring the matter to Government before Christmas. At that stage, I would hope to publish the special working group's report.
